Set in a sun-warmed sukuma garden in Kabiyet, this gentle read-aloud follows a small beetle who discovers a sunflower seed nearly his own size. Too heavy to carry alone, he learns that perseverance means not just trying again but knowing when to accept a helping hand. A warm, sensory story about small courage, family, and the satisfaction of bringing something home together.
Through the Tall Sukuma
A tiny beetle, a seed too big to carry alone, and the quiet courage of asking for help.
